Data we process
We process account and profile information, workspace membership, work orders, projects, Sites, assets, schedules, notes, measurements, files and photos you choose to provide, subscription status, device registration, support requests, and technical security or reliability logs.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, route them to authorized workspaces, provide and synchronize product features, process subscriptions, deliver requested communications, secure the service, prevent abuse, support users, and meet legal obligations.
Personal and Business workspaces
One identity may access a Personal workspace and one or more Business workspaces. Their product records remain isolated. A Business workspace controls its operational records and membership; it does not control your central password or independent Personal records.
Providers and transfers
We use contracted infrastructure, storage, email, Apple platform, and other service providers only as needed to operate GroundBoot. Assistant requests may be sent to an approved AI provider when the feature is enabled. Provider access is limited by configuration, contract, and the service purpose.
Retention and choices
Retention depends on the record type, workspace plan, security requirements, legal holds, and contractual obligations. Account owners can request access, correction, export, or deletion through available product controls or the contact below. Business records may remain with the Business after a member leaves.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, audit records, bounded service identities, and recovery procedures. No system is risk-free. Material notice changes will use a new privacy version and, when required, request renewed acceptance.
