GroundBoot

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of GroundBoot accounts, workspaces, mobile applications, and hosted services.

Version 2026-08-14

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use GroundBoot only where you are authorized to manage or perform work. Business workspace administrators control membership and access to Business records; each person remains responsible for activity performed through their identity.

Operational records

GroundBoot helps users prepare, organize, and retain maintenance records. You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, confirming field conditions, following applicable procedures, and deciding whether work is complete or safe. Assistant output is a proposal until an authorized user accepts an action.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use GroundBoot to access records you do not own or have permission to use.

Plans and availability

Plan features, usage limits, trials, billing periods, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase or established in an applicable order form. Services may change to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. Material changes will use a new terms version.

Data and termination

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the permissions needed to host, process, synchronize, and present that content as part of the service. Access may be limited or suspended for security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons. Workspace export, retention, and deletion follow the applicable plan and data-lifecycle policy.

Service limits

GroundBoot is provided subject to the service commitments stated in the applicable plan or agreement. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, emergency systems, safety procedures, regulatory inspections, or legally required records. Any separately signed agreement or order form controls where it conflicts with these online terms.
