Providers and processing roles for the GroundBoot Free web release.
Current service providers
GoDaddy — application and database hosting and host recovery copies. The service holds account and work records on the hosted server in the United States. Relevant hosting personnel and infrastructure may process those records to provide the contracted service.
Google Cloud — private uploaded-file storage in the Iowa (us-central1) region, and operational uptime/TLS monitoring and alert delivery. File storage does not move account databases into Google Cloud Storage. Monitoring receives service addresses, availability measurements and operator alert contacts; it is not sent work-order contents as monitoring payloads. Provider support and security processing can occur in additional locations under Google's applicable terms.
Google Workspace — transactional email relay and business/support mailboxes. It processes recipients, message contents and delivery metadata, including requested account verification, recovery, invitation and workspace-ready messages. Processing locations follow the applicable Workspace service terms; this is not a promise of US-only email processing.
Assistant and future services
Konsull currently operates Qwen3 inference on its private server. The model publisher does not receive prompts simply because its model runs there. Hosted OpenAI inference is supported but is not the selected automatic fallback. Apple distribution and paid purchasing, and live Stripe purchases, are not enabled by this Free web launch. Their relevant processing arrangements must be reviewed before activation.
Provider changes and requests
This register identifies processing roles, not independent certification that every provider agreement or international transfer requirement has been fulfilled. Konsull's Data Processing Addendum describes subprocessor notice and objection rights. Contact contact@konsull.com for the contracting entities, applicable provider terms and transfer arrangements for your service. We will update this register and provide required notices before materially changing the processing described here.
